Integrating the Digital Continuity Framework
The DCF was specifically designed to protect the United States Critical Infrastructure as traditional approaches to harden hardware and software supply chains actually increases risk, time to repair, and cost.
About the course
The DCF was originally designed to protect the United States Critical Infrastructure as traditional approaches to harden information systems and hardware actually increased outages, impairments, delays, time to repair, and cost. Establishing and maintaining complex solutions may be challenging but DCF is not. The DCF contains only 3 Key Elements & 6 Key Activities.
Unlike popular operating frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.), the DCF does not prescribe how teams operate. High-performing teams are self-managing and thus need to operate in a manner that considers factors such as team size, maturity, type & complexity of work, and dependencies. We simply teach you the DCF and provide considerations to integrate them.

The first four activities are required as they involve knowing what resources to validate, gathering metadata of statues, planning what to address, and finally executing on the plan.
